  2. Chaga is actually very popular in Siberia and is also found in the northern USA and Canada. It grows on birch trees. Regularly used in Russia to fight cancer.

  3. You don’t need all these hard to find expensive foods for anti aging. Everyone in my family look 15 years younger and we don’t eat those things on the list. We eat a lot of fruits like citrus. We drink fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, lime and orange at least twice a day. We eat fruits like passion fruit, sour sop , pineapple, papaya, tomato a lot. And we get daily vitamin d from sun exposure and finally we eat natural mostly so when we go food shopping we buy mostly from the produce section. Nothing that come in a box. So we use fresh herbs as spice, we also use fresh herbs to make tea. For example we buy fresh thyme to make thyme tea instead of buying dry herds. People in this country eat a lot of lettuce and they think that’s eating green or expect to stay young. Eat the dark greens more than lettuce. For eat more green, red cabbage instead

  4. what about a raw plant eater who eats 80% of different plants around the countryside? Avacados are a luxury 🙁

  5. Maca is original from the Andes mountains in Peru. Is a powerful ginseng type food of the Incas since ancient times and not known in Asia until only a few years ago..

  7. Wow, it looks like you can really use an atlas adjustment.
    Most agree the most nutrient dense food from the plant kingdom is sea vegetation (kelp) and from the animal kingdom, grass fed beef liver. I’d like to know what vitamins, minerals, or nutrients you could not obtain from those two.
