In 1976 Olivier Baussan founded L’Occitane en Provence to realize his vision of a brand for natural beauty products based on the power of plants. Local & exotic ingredients inspired him to create premium natural & organic cosmetics for face care, hair care & skin care. These include natural beauty products such as face, hand & body cream, essential oils, fragrance, & cosmetics for men.

L’Occitane en Provence not only embraces organic cosmetics for skin care, face care & hair care but also endeavors to make the world a better place with various charitable projects. 1. 40 Years of True Stories you say… in my case I purchased several months ago “Cade” facial cream for over $40… after about 2 weeks of use my face start looking like teenager with red spots and pimples… I had to return the cream on my expense and was convinced to invest in the Divine Anti aging system… spent another $400.
Not only that the issue did not go away but it actually got worse.
I contact the customer service, they asked me to send the products on my expense…(even thew I have local store, they said it must be sent to the main office), Now 3 weeks later L’Occitane refuse to refund for products that actually harm my skin. Of course not all products are equally good for all customers but this is certainly not the customer service you expect from a “40 Years of True Stories” slogan luxury…
