  3. You should mention avoidance of anything that says “hydrogenated oil” on any label! That’s number one with regard to oil ingestion. The other is that it is not proven that eating saturated fat is not dangerous. People shouldn’t be filling up on coconut oil all of a sudden and then find out in 10 years that their arteries are clogged — sorry but you guys need to inform yourselves a little more. I like a lot of the info for fun but unproven stuff that might seriously affect your health should be presented with an Advisory!

  4. I have used turmeric on my face for years, as well as wheatgrass, and it washes off easily with lemon juice or baking soda. Apple cider vinegar works too.
